1. List of damage
2. Packing list invoice
3. insurance list
4. electronic insurance policy
5. Logistics screenshots
6. screenshots of the completed status of the unlisted items (required for Amazon addresses)
7. Carrier's indemnity invoice or carrier's records of incoming and outgoing mail
8. Proof of loss of goods and proof of payment provided by the actual carrier
